The ZWILLING Electric Kettle features a heat insulated double-walled body nside the 1500 watt kettle keeps water hot, longer, while the outside remains comfortably cool to the touch. The seamless, 1.5L. stainless steel container with concealed heating elements makes this kettle both durable and hygienic. It is extremely easy to clean and the build in limescale filter - also partially made with stainless steel - ensures better flavour. The snug-fit filter also seals the spout when the lid is closed, thereby keeping spillage to an absolute minimum even when the kettle is accidentally knocked.  The lid opens to a maximum of 70 degrees to prevent direct contact with hot steam. An additional safety feature is the built-in dry boil and overheating protection that automatically switches off the kettle to prevent damage to the heating element. Removing the kettle from the docking station also automatically switches it off. The docking base boasts a handy cord storage for a clean, minimal design that keeps your countertop looking as sleek as the appliances on it.

SEAMLESS CLEANING

Limescale doesn't stand a chance. The 1.5 liter stainless steel container is completely seamless and therefore remarkably easy to clean.


HOT WATER WITHOUT SCALDING

The lid lifts to a maximum of 70 degrees to prevent direct contact with hot steam. The snug-fit filter seals the kettle's spout when the lid is closed, preventing hot water from spilling.

DOUBLE-WALLED BODY & BPA-FREE

Are the limescale filter at the spout removable?

The little filter piece on the lid came off. And now when I go to put it back on, my kettle lid won’t close. It seems like it’s magnetized to resist closing. When I take the little filter piece off again, it starts working again. Anyone know how to fix?
