It is still going strong, no issues, heats up like a dream, and I use it not just for water but I also find it useful when my honey starts to crystallize and I can put the container directly into the kettle on the bottle, warming function, and it liquefies my honey in no time. It's easy to keep clean and it looks great on my countertop. I use this kettle five times a day minimum and it's still working great. If this kettle were to ever reach its lifespan, I would buy another one in a heartbeat.

I bought this kettle 1.5 weeks ago and it now won’t turn on. I’ve wiped with lint free cloth on bottom of kettle, base unit top and bottom but nothing. Sometimes it will beep once then turn off. What troubleshooting can I do before returning for refund

Can the temperature settings be switched to Celsius degrees? We don’t use Fahrenheits   in Canada (and in a lot of countries in the world!) Thank you for your answer.
