The handle on ZWILLING’s ENFINIGY water kettle (1.5 l) and ENFINIGY Pro water kettle (1.5 l) models may in isolated cases loosen or break off. This can cause hot water to spill out uncontrollably. Users or people nearby may therefore be at risk of being scalded. In one case, second-degree burns have already occurred.

As a quality brand, we at ZWILLING are committed to ensuring our products are safe and our customers are satisfied. We have therefore decided to recall the water kettles. You will of course receive your money back.

IMPORTANT: Please stop using the affected kettles immediately.

On this page, starting presumably April 1st, we will provide further information regarding the registration process for your concerned product to receive a reimbursement.

Please make sure to pass this information on immediately to anyone who uses or might use your water kettle. Please also make other people aware of this notice, particularly anyone you know who may have borrowed, purchased, or been given an ENFINIGY water kettle (1.5 l) or ENFINIGY Pro water kettle (1.5 l).
