28 cm / 11 inch cast iron Traditional Deep Frypan, eucalyptus - Visual Imperfections
If you ask French chefs which is the most important tool in their kitchen, a cast iron frying pan will be on top of their lists. It is perfect for searing meat, fish and vegetables, very durable and actually gets better every time you use it. And it works on every heat source, even on open fire.
One common objection to cast iron pans is that they are said to need extra care and attention. While it is always good to handle your favorite cooking equipment with care (after all, you put your food in it), our enameled cast iron is really easy to use and to clean. No regular seasoning required! We believe that your cooking utensils should serve you, not the other way round.
Speaking of serving: The eucalyptus-colored frying pan is such a beauty that you can bring it from the kitchen to the table and serve your guests straight from the pan. This also helps keep your food hot and delicious, even over a very long dinner – French style.
