Once it’s preheated, it cooks everything beautifully — even simple eggs taste different because the heat distribution is so even. The deep design makes it great for stir-frying or light frying, and the citron-yellow handle brightens up my kitchen every time I use it. It feels like the kind of pan that will make food taste better the longer I cook with it.
