This cast-iron, enameled dish with two handles and a snug-fitting lid measures 10 cm (4 in) in diameter and 7 cm (3 in) high, holding up to 0.25 liters (0.3 quarts). Ideal for pre-portioned, baked dishes, side dishes, or desserts, the cookware's cast-iron enamel retains heat and redistributes it evenly.
