Cast iron cookware from STAUB

Cast iron cookware has been used for many centuries, among other reasons, for its excellent energy efficiency. The material is known for its even heat conduction and retention, which means that fried dishes become crispy and develop many roasting aromas. With its flat lid, the STAUB cocotte closes tightly. Inside, the Chistera drop structure ensures more effective liquid distribution than conventional lids.

Protective enamel coating

The inside of the rice cocotte is coated with a matt black enamel with a rough structure. It is scratch-resistant and acid-resistant and therefore ensures a long service life for the cookware.

Traditional craftsmanship
