This cutlery never rusted or became dull, because of its one piece design. My ex-husband kept our knife set in my recent divorce and my first new home purchase was a replacement Zwilling 8-piece Steak Knife Set. I can't live without the knives but can live without the ex!!!

I’ve looked at this brand fro a while. I do wish you included the santoku knife. So that there isn’t an empty space in the block. Otherwise we look forward to many years from these knives.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Steak Set The box is elegant looking, sturdy, and all 8 knives fit in it perfectly. The knives have a sharp edge and cut through steak like butter. I really like the solid stainless steel feature look as well as the weighted feel to them. Makes you feel like your dining at a high end steak house. I hand washed the knives and immediately dried them (as recommended to prevent possible water stains, rusting, or getting nicked while in the dishwasher). So far they have been excellent. This would be a beautiful gift for someone who enjoys steak.

They look great on my table and stay nice and shiny after cleaning. They cut great and love putting them out for my family and our guests. The nice box keeps them organized and fits nicely in my breakfront.

The blades are forged and ice-hardened. They are dishwasher safe, although we recommend handwashing to avoid the damage and dulling that may occur in an automatic dishwasher.
