Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Indoor Grilling Grilling makes so many foods taste better and I'm not just talking about hamburgers. This is awesome for grilling vegetables and fruit. One of my favorite is grilled peaches! The grill lines add incredible flavor and bring out the juices. This grill pan has a thick aluminum construction that heats up quickly and is light weight to handle. The handle has a V-shaped design that keeps it from getting hot. The non stick coating is awesome; baked on in three layers, it's incredibly durable.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great way to 'grill' without having to go outside. Terrific when you are in a time crunch. I often use hard anodized grill pans for vegetables. The thicker ridges brown and caramelize foods very well, adding a ton of flavor. But it's also great for meats, fish, seafood. Non-stick coating is durable and lasts. Not for super high heat cooking.

The nonstick does a great job of releasing food easily, while still providing grill marks on your steaks, fruits or veggies. A nice weight, more on the lighter side, but with the hard anodized aluminum, it heats really well and maintains the heat for even cooking throughout the pan.

I live in an apartment where no grilling is allowed, so I wanted to try this pan out instead of a fry pan like we usually use. This allows the meat to taste soooo much better!! I was nervous at first with the handle if it would be hot to the touch while in use, but the handle was actually cool the whole time. We’ve only used this once so far, but it is going to get plenty of use the next several years.

The handles are stay cool due to the "v" where they attach to the vessel which allows the heat to disperse before traveling up the handle. This square grill pan will provide you with those beautiful grill marks on meats and vegetables and clean up much easier than alternative grill pans.

I love that the handle stays cool to the touch on the stovetop. The high sides keep my cooking neat and clean. The nonstick coating is great. I get great browning and it is so easy to clean.

The anodized aluminum is non-stick, so easy to clean and has a stay cook handle, so no using mitts! An easy way to grill indoors on rainy or cold days, and get almost the same effect.

Apparently you do not manufacture a lid for this Square Grilling Pan. I need to evaluate the feasibility of purchasing a third-party lid. What is the inner width of the pan as measured between the two inside lips of opposing sides?
