Safeguards from having an exposed knife in drawer
A great way to keep your knife safe when traveling, or storing in a drawer. Long enough to cover the blades' edges of Chef, santokus, nakiris, carvers, utility, or bread knives. With the hard plastic, your blade won’t penetrate through, and with the soft fabric material inside the sheath, it won’t scratch your knife when you cover the blade.

Protect the edge and the tip
Save your edges with these sturdy plastic guards. Easy to slide over the blade before putting them away and you will be so happy that you did. No micro scratches, no big scratches. No nicks. Small investment to make the most important tool in the kitchen. Keeps the knife sharp - really important for a slicing knife.

Will this work for a rocking santoku knife? (Specifically, the Miyabi Koh 7 inch rocking santoku.) Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
This sheath will not work for Santoku or chef's knives. It is designed for carving knives with thinner blades.

Are these two sheaths (the 10" & 8") both stitched together at the top? Can I use them, for example, on a Miyabi 8 or 10 inch chef's/gyuto just to protect the edge and lower blade?
There is only one opening on these sheaths at the bottom to slide to the knife into place. The sides and top are enclosed. The carving sheaths are made thinner than a chef's sheath, so a gyuto may not fit.

Will this fit a Twin Four Star II 8-inch Bread Knife?
The sheath should fit either the 8" carving or the 8" bread knife, as they are equally wide where the handle meets the bolster, and taper from that point on.
