Beautiful set
I was looking for a white plate set since my old one was looking not so white anymore. This is the perfect set if your looking for that nice and clean white color. You won't be disappointed!

Not quite white
I mainly bought this set because I liked the rustic design. Though not quite as white as I'd imagined, it is still a lovely neutral shade. It does NOT match the Staub White Truffle cookware, unless you're looking for varying shades in the same family, despite that inference in some ads/reviews. I do wish it came in more colours, like a true white, but I'm happy with this. A pic of a WT cocotte and a white Boussole appetizer plate attached.

Leveling Up Dinnerware with Staub!
This dinnerware set really covers all your plate needs, service for 4. It contains 4 large plates ideal for dinner, 4 medium plates great for salads and smaller meals, and 4 bowls which I love to use for cereal or oatmeal. These pieces are resistant to thermal shock making them safe for the fridge and the microwave. Aside from functionality, these pieces are also beautiful and make any table setting look more elegant, leveling up dinnerware to fancy Staub Boussole. Made in Portugal! Also, don't forget to include in your purchase our Zwilling and Ballarini flatware available and our glassware either Sorrento double-wall glass or Predicat wine and beverages glass.

I really like that this 12pc set doesn't have mugs included. I never want the mugs when I buy a new set of dishes so they usually go to waste. This set had 4 dinner plates, 4 salad/lunch plates and 4 cereal bowls. Boussole means compass in French which is a nod to the debossed pattern on the rims of every piece. Durable stoneware made in Portugal that is oven, microwave, freezer and dishwasher safe. Scratch resistant for stacking without damage to the surface of the dishes.

Love my new Staub Dinnerware!
I absolutely love my new top quality, beautiful stoneware from Staub! I ordered the Staub stoneware mugs, dinner and salad plates in white. Staub never disappoints. Their products are always of top quality and compliments any kitchen. The size, weight, and the finish of the dishes is just perfect and SO elegant. I highly recommend purchasing the cookware and dishes from Staub. I am SO pleased with my 5 pieces of cookware and now my dinnerware from Staub!!! They are excellent for formal or casual use. Look great! Quality is noticeable.
Looks beautiful just like pictures. Packaged great. Haven’t been able to use much as we are still working on our kitchen. I’m hopeful they will be scratch proof as they say - they seem very durable from unpacking and minor usage. Love the bowls. Makes eating yogurt or bowl of cereal comfortable.

The Staub Boussole has a beautiful old world look which is what first attracted me to it. Love the 11.5 inch dinner plates which are large enough to hold a nice full serving with room to spare. The salad plates are large enough to double as a lunch plate, and the cereal
bowls are large and well shaped. Already have a large selection of mugs, so happy the set did not include them.

The dinner dish is the larger, 9.5" plate, while the salad plate is the 6" size.
