However I saw that there was a great deal available for these gorgeous blue dishes and I couldn’t help myself. They are gorgeous! The shipping was quick and I was able to track everything via UPS. Everything was boxed up very carefully which I definitely appreciate. I put everything through the dishwasher and they came out great! I actually used a baking dish earlier today to make a set of brownies for My office and everything came out delicious and very beautiful. I cannot wait to add more stop bakeware pieces to my collection.

I use the Staub pan for baking cakes, and cinnamon rolls, as well as casseroles, puddings, frittata, and strata. Much more value when you look at all the things it can be used for. Cooks, stores, serves, what more do you need from a pan.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great standard size baking dish with extra high sides makes this perfect for lasagna as well as other baked casseroles and desserts. I had a lesser quality ceramic baking dish that the handles broke when I was removing it from the oven so I replaced it with this so I won't have to worry about that happening again. These are oven safe up to 572 degrees and have a gorgeous porcelain enamel finish that won't scratch even when scrubbing off baked on food.
