Quailty IssueFirstly, there are traces of wear and tear on the lid. It easily leads to the conclusion that it was used and returned.
Secondly, several breaches are obvious on the rim of the lid. They can cause rusty easily. It's a quality issue. I don't agree that it is "visual imperfection".
I loved the product and the products of Zwilling JA Henckels. But I felt dissapointed this time. I hope the company can improve the quality control for the online sales
I insist on getting back the purchasing price $107.7 and the cost for shipping back $33.5. I'm open to the option to recieve a brand new one in good condition.
Thank you!

love it!!I've had this pot for about 6 months now ... I absolutely love it! It does a wonderful job of retaining the heat, so I can add extra water or crushed tomatoes (or other ingredients) to the mixture during cooking without it affecting the cooking process already underway. The distribution of heat is perfect (no hot spots). Used in the oven, the lid design inside really does continually baste the food to keep it moist. Clean up is a breeze. And it is sooooo very pretty!! (I don't see any visual imperfections, so if it has any, I sure don't notice them)

PERFECTION!I was a bit nervous, thinking the "imperfections" might be problematic for my health such as rust, etc. per reviews, but mine did not have any imperfections on it. I use this at least once a week if not more often. Can't believe I got this at such an incredible price!

It’s terrible...I know, it has visual imperfection, but It’s over visual imperfection.
It can see iron, it is going to rusty and then expand even more rusty.

Cute in my tiny kitchenIt is perfect for my small family. It does make a difference food taste wise, efficiency-saves gas and you can serve your delicious dish straight to your table without the need to use another dish. I also bought a staub cast iron trivet to protect my table from direct heat.

Great value for $$Love my Cocotte! Barely noticeable visual imperfections; 2 teeny dark spots top left on lid. Thrilled with my purchase! Looking forward to using

Too many obvious imperfectionsThere were three obvious imperfections. 1) One big painted over raised 0.5inch size rough spot in the middle of pot
2) 0.3 size of chipped enamel on the rim
3) couple of obvious 0.2mm size pin holes on the cooking surfaces
I am very disappointed and i do think these imperfections will affect its functionality.

i have a staub coquette with a number 22 inside the lid. also 6 1/2 inches.
what size is this pot - in quarts. i
i am looking at buying a 4qt and would like to know its corresponding lid numbers.
Asked by: plymouthed
The number 22 is the diameter in cm and, in this case, corresponds to the 2.75 qt. If you are looking for a 4 qt, this would be a #24 (24 cm) for the standard cocotte. Now, here is a wrinkle - Staub also makes a “shallow” 4 qt model. This “shallow” cocotte is actually built on the 26 cm model platform (5.5 qt) but only holds approximately 4 qts. The sides are just not as tall. I have several of the two models and find that each has its advantages. I like the shallow model for dishes such as mac and cheese where I want a larger surface to total volume area.
