BOILED TURNIPS

INGREDIENTS
- 2 turnips
- Khumbu 5 cm
- 1 tablespoon of thin soot oil
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- Dashi soup 100 ml
HOW TO MAKE IT
- The turnip cuts the stem with a 3 cm strain and peels it. The fruit is sliced into 5 mm wide stems.
- Soak it in water and remove the sand that has accumulated between the stems.
- Put all the ingredients in a bag, vacuum and heat at 88ºC for 30 minutes.
