BOILED TURNIPS

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 turnips
  • Khumbu 5 cm
  • 1 tablespoon of thin soot oil
  • 1 tablespoon mirin
  • Dashi soup 100 ml

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. The turnip cuts the stem with a 3 cm strain and peels it. The fruit is sliced into 5 mm wide stems.
  2. Soak it in water and remove the sand that has accumulated between the stems.
  3. Put all the ingredients in a bag, vacuum and heat at 88ºC for 30 minutes.
