Processing Times

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please note that, due to high demand, it may take up to 5 days for tracking information to become available. Orders placed on Friday afternoon, over the weekend, or on holidays will be processed on the following business day. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. For 5-7 business-day delivery, the United States Postal Service (USPS) is often responsible for the final delivery. As soon as we receive credit card authorization and verification, we promptly package and ship your order. Based on our warehouse location and your shipping address, we select the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. USPS, FedEx, and UPS are our preferred carriers for order deliveries, and we reserve the right to choose the carrier that best suits your shipping address.

Exchanges

Return Policy

Zwilling.com will accept your return by mail for unused items only.

Online purchases cannot be returned to Outlet Stores.

We will credit you for those returns, accompanied by an original receipt, received within 60 days of the purchase for the price paid in the original form of payment.

For gift returns that are received within 30 days of the transaction date, you will receive an Online Coupon Code for the amount paid by the sender.

Final sale merchandise including merchandise sold with visual imperfections, may not be returned or exchanged.

The appropriate tax amount by item will be included with your refund.

How to return an order

Most items can be returned within 60 days with proof of purchase. Gifts purchased from www.zwilling.com will be refunded as a gift card for the original purchase amount. Please note that returned items must be unused, in new condition, and in the original manufacturer's packaging to qualify for a refund. Engraved items, final sale items, warehouse sale purchases, clearance items, discontinued items, and items with visual imperfections are not eligible for return. While many of our products have a lifetime or limited lifetime warranty, returns due to normal wear and tear are not accepted.

Price adjustments are not available for prior purchases, and coupons cannot be applied to orders that have already been submitted.

If you made a purchase at one of our company-owned retail or outlet stores, please return the item to the store of purchase or to a conveniently located store for all return or exchange requests. Returns sent without a Return Authorization will not be accepted. Please be aware that return shipping costs are non-refundable. Make sure to follow our new return instructions, as we cannot be held responsible for returns sent without prior authorization. Pack returns in the original outer box or another sturdy shipping box with appropriate packing materials to ensure the product arrives at our warehouse in good condition. If your order was received damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please save all packaging and materials and contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

If your order qualifies, a prepaid return label will be provided. Once our warehouse receives your return, please allow up to 10 business days to receive your refund. Replacement orders may take up to 2 weeks.

Refused or undelivered packages

Packages that are returned to us for any of the following reasons are subject to actual shipping and return charges.

  • Packages which are refused or returned to sender.

Warranty Claims

Purchasers of products who wish to make a warranty claim based upon a product defect, please contact our Consumer Relations Department for a Return Authorization, Prepaid return label, and instructions to expedite your request. Please note that any returns sent in without prior authorization or tracking will result in delays with your replacement item.
