99% Pure Aluminum
These little serving dishes can be used for anything. They are 99% aluminum so the heat retention and cooking ability is phenomenal. The interior of the pan has been washed with a pickling treatment - a process to remove impurities, such as stains, inorganic contaminants, rust or scale from the metal. I have actually used them for escargot.

Perfect size for small jobs. Perfect pot for small food portion heating up food. Works for frying eggs, sauteing, browning the garlic, and variety of baking needs. It is an excellent restaurant single-serve food, great for sauces and dipping. Made in Italy. Compatible with all cooktops, except induction. Handwashing is highly recommended.

Aluminum is one of the top heat conductors so whatever you prepare in this little pan is going to be in the perfect environment to be evenly cooked or heated. This little saute pan is so gorgeous you'll want to serve all your first courses or sides in it. Affordable enough to get several for dinner parties or just family meals.

I had to have a few of these the minute I saw them. Perfect for indiviual servings these mini pans make any dinner table look elegant especially during the holidays. The brass handles really stand out against the silver background of the pans. These heat quickly, cook evenly and clean up easily.

Many many uses!
I really enjoy using these pans because I can find so many uses. I originally got them to present fruit crumbles, then it became a way to present homemade S'mores dip. Now I use them for side dishes and appetizers, These little pans heat so well and look so nice on the table.
