I love my pans
I bought the moderna at Costco and am very happy with my choice. I rarely use any other pans now. I am on weight watchers and now can use so little oil, no matter what I cook...steak, eggs, veggies. I had never liked non stick before because of toxicity. I feel safe with these. They are so easy to clean. I have All clad and never use it. If I want to put something under the broiler, then I will use my cast-iron.

Incredible Quality Pans
Absolutely great product! Cleans up so easy and food never sticks with or without oil. Seems to hold up very well against even metal utensils. Our new go to pots and pans!!!! Will probably get some for our son as a wedding gift.

A fantastic set of easy to use pans that are made in Italy.
Aluminum is a great conductor of heat which makes it ideal for cookware.
This non stick coating is stratch resistant and will definitly stand up to the rigors of your home cooked meals.
The innovative heat sesnsor is a bonus- It will indiccate when the pan is ready to go and ready to be cleaned.
This is a durable, professional grade set of cookware.
Easy to handle and easy to clean.
Love the see through glass lids.

The pan burns on the bottom leaving burned marks. The handle is supposed to let you know if it’s safe to touch but that goes away after a month use. Also the handle burns. I called to about the “lifetime” guarantee but was denied with no reason. Very unhappy with this purchase.

Ballarini Modena pans are made from cold forged aluminum which has excellent heating capability. Th pans heat quickly and evenly. They have Thermopoint technology which lets you know when to start cooking at the perfect temperature while protecting your pan from overheating. The Granitium nonstick coating is allows for a quick release and fast clean up. Nothing sticks to these pans. Feel free to use any kind of cooking utensils, including metal, on these pans. They are also oven safe up to 300F.

I am in love with Cooking Again
Learned about these pots and pans when I was at a Resort in West Palm Beach FL at a Wyndham Hotel. They had these pots and I instantly fell in love with how they are truly nonstick and easy to clean. Like the indicator to let you know when the skillet is hot. Nothing sticks to these pans...cheese, egg, etc. I purchased thru Amazon and from my view, Amazon is not handling your product with the care needed. I had to do a return due to a broken top...and the Amazon return process was very poor in protecting the return from further damage. The packaging on the 10 piece set from the factory was also poor. As a military trained logistician, the packaging is inadequate and selection of packaging material insufficient to prevent breakage of the glass. The quality control to eliminate pots out of round is also in need of better inspection to prevent the damaged items from being shipped. They need to be sold as imperfects or donated to charity. This is quality product, but you need better quality control and your 3rd Party suppliers need to follow up with their own quality control since their poor performance will reflect on your company as well.

I like that the pans tell you when they are hot enough to use so that nothing sticks when you don't use butter or oil.

Why do none of your pans and skillets show what the sizes are in the sets? The skillets look like they are 10" and 12" and I just received the set and it is only a useless 8" and a 10".
