Rated 3 out of 5 by from 11 in grill pan - good, but short lifespan I purchased this pan about 11 months ago. I have used it almost daily. It’s above average in heat distribution. Not heavy, yet study enough for basic cooking. My big complaint is the short lifespan of the coating. The discoloration happened quickly and recently the coating is starting come off the grill area, despite using bamboo and plastic cooking utensils.
