INGREDIENTS

approx.125 g raspberries
1 egg + 1 yolk
50 g caster sugar
20 g flour
1 small pot of crème fraîche (100ml)

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
  2. Mix the eggs (whole and yolk) with the sugar until the mixture goes pale.
  3. Add the flour followed by the crème fraîche.
  4. Place the raspberries in the ramekins then pour over the mixture.
  5. Bake for 45 min (but check after 30 min as ovens may vary).
  6. Serve hot or cold.
