INGREDIENTS1 thick slice soft and spongy white bread
25g / 1 ounces freshly grated mozzarella
5g crumbly blue cheese
Coarsely ground black pepper
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Set the oven to broil (grill) or preheat to the highest setting.
- Spread the bread with butter and sprinkle with the mozzarella and blue cheese. Transfer to a baking sheet and toast under the grill for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
- Drizzle with honey and olive oil and season with pepper to taste. Enjoy!
