Potato Wedges (Patatas Bravas)

- 1 kg potatoes
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 heaped tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. sweet paprika powder
Pre-heat the oven to 200 °C top/bottom heat (170 °C fan).
Thoroughly wash the potatoes and cut into wedges or cubes as desired. Wash the rosemary, shake dry, remove the needles and chop.
Mix the rosemary needles with oil, salt and paprika powder. Mix potatoes well with seasoning oil. Place in a gratin dish or on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake in the oven for about 35-45 minutes, depending on the size of the potatoes, until the potatoes are crispy and cooked.
Chicken from the oven goes well with this.
