INGREDIENTS

  • 2.5 oz carrot
  • 3.5 oz apple
  • 2 cm ginger
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • ½ cup cold orange juice
  • ½ cup cold water
  • 1 tbsp runny honey

Preparation

Trim, peel and chop the carrot. Wash and finely chop the apple. Peel the ginger.


Add the ingredients to the blender jar of the Personal Blender in the following order: carrot, apple, ginger, honey, lime and orange juice and water. Close the lid, place the jar on the blender. Select the smoothie program.


Once the program has finished, remove the lid. Serve the Breakfast Smoothie in glasses and enjoy immediately or refrigerate until consumption.




Tip

For a vegan version, simply replace the honey with a vegetable sweetener like agave syrup.
