INGREDIENTS

Crumble:

  • 200g wheat flour
  • 120g butter
  • 90g sugar

Fruit:

  • approx. 500g fruit (e.g. berries)
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Preheat the oven to 200° C
  2. For the crumble, put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Knead with a hand mixer or food processor until crumbles form.
  3. Clean, wash and sort the fruits. Place in a baking dish and sprinkle with the brown sugar. Spread the crumble evenly over the top.
  4. Bake the crumble in the oven for about 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  5. Remove and enjoy immediately warm or leave to cool completely.
  6. Serve with vanilla ice cream.

Tip:

If you like it a little nuttier, you can replace half of the flour with ground nuts.
