Description
The Daily Pan is a STAUB cast iron pan with a glass lid. It combines all the advantages of a cast iron pan with the option of see-through-cooking. The high-quality cast iron distributes heat evenly and retains it for a long time. This leads to best results when searing meat or frying vegetables. The high walls of the Daily Pan keep grease splashes inside and make it convenient to prepare larger quantities of meat, stir-fry or sauces. The glass lid allows you to monitor the cooking process while keeping heat and moisture inside.
The Daily Pan is especially suited for all recipes that need searing first and then braising. You can brown the meat on the stove, add the other ingredients and the lid, and place it in the oven (up to 200 °C/400 °F). Relax and let the pan take care of the rest.
This cherry red Daily Pan is perfect for serving straight from the oven to the table, adding a bright touch to your table decoration. As a cast iron pan is naturally heavy, especially when filled with delicious food and with the glass lid on, we have fitted it with an ergonomic helper handle so you can lift and carry it easily with two hands.
