ZWILLING UK F&S Giveaway Rules and Regulations (the “Contest Rules”)
Zwilling J.A. Henckels Ltd. UK (the “Contest”) is organized by Zwilling J.A Henckels Ltd (UK) (“Contest Organiser”). Participation in the Contest constitutes full and unconditional agreement and acceptance by each Eligible Participant of the Contest Rules, which are final on all matters relating to the Contest.
1. Contest Period. The Contest period starts at 12:00 AM GMT on 24th February 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM GMT on 9th March 2025. The winner will be selected on or before 19th March 2025. (the "Contest Period"). The winner must respond to the email within 24 hours of being selected.
2. Eligibility. The Contest is open to legal residents of England, Wales and Scotland and must be over the age of 18. The Contest is not open to employees or representatives (and persons with whom they are domiciled, whether related or not) of the Contest Organiser or its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, retailers, advertising and promotional agencies.
a. How to Participate. To enter and qualify, eligible participants must subscribe to the ZWILLING UK Newsletter and must provide the following information:
a. First Name
b. Last Name
c. Email Address
d. No purchase of any kind is necessary to enter the Contest and will not improve your chances of winning.
e. The Contest Organiser is not responsible for: (i) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information and entries that fail to comply with the Contest Rules; or (ii) any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or servers, computer software problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, and assumes no liability for damage to entrant's or any person's computer or other device resulting from participating in the Contest.
3. Winner Selection. The winner is randomly selected by from the Contest Organiser.

Prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred or sold, has no cash value, and will not be refunded if unused. No substitutions, changes, or extensions are permitted. No substitutions except at the Contest Organiser’s option. Contest Organiser reserves the right to substitute the Prize or Prize component for one of equal or greater retail value.
5. Declaration and Release of Winner of the Prize. To win, the selected Prize winner must have provided the required contact information and subscribed to the ZWILLING UK Newsletter. The Contest Organiser will attempt to contact the potential winner by 31st March 2025 via email. The winner must provide the Contest Organiser with their contact information and residential address to fulfill the delivery of the Prize.
