Mac and cheese from the grill

INGREDIENTS

250 g. Macaroni (cooked al dente)
3/4 cup cream
1 small onion
1 tablespoon of butter
200 g emmental cheese
200 g mountain cheese
salt
pepper
Worcester sauce

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Peel the onion, halveand cut into fine strips. Melt the butter in the pan and add the onion. Cook for approx. 10 minutes at medium heat. Add the cream and bring to a boil. Grate both cheeses coarsely and set aside about a quarter of the cheese. Stir remaining cheese in the cream until a creamy sauce forms. Add the cooked noodles and season to taste with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle over the remaining cheese and gratinate on the grill with the lid closed for about 10 minutes, until the cheese has melted and is lightly browned.

Tip:

Top with pulled pork and serve hot.
