INGREDIENTS

  • 2 salmon fillets without skin (approx. 125 g each)
  • 1 tsp fish rub (or fish seasoning)
  • 1 tbsp neutral vegetable oil
  • 1 ripe avocado (approx. 250 g)
  • 1 untreated lime
  • 2 tbsp natural yoghurt
  • 1 tsp wasabi paste (or horseradish from a jar)
  • salt, pepper
  • 100 g cucumber
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 radishes
  • 40 g spinach salad
  • 4 tortilla wraps/wheat patties (Ø 20 or 25 cm)
  • 1 box of red cress

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Wash the salmon fillets and pat dry. Mix the fish rub with the oil and brush the salmon fillets on all sides, e.g. with the ZWILLING PRO brush. Place the salmon fillets on the rack in the ZWILLING air fryer. Cook at 180 °C for approx. 8-10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets. The salmon should still be nice and juicy on the inside.
  2. In the meantime, halve the avocado, remove the stone, remove the flesh from the skin with a spoon and place in a bowl. Wash the lime in hot water, dry and grate some of the zest directly over the avocado, e.g. with the ZWILLING Z-Cut mini grater. Cut the lime in half, squeeze the juice from one half and pour it into the bowl. Add the yoghurt and mash the avocado with a fork to the desired consistency – chunky or fine. Season to taste with wasabi, salt and pepper, e.g. from the ZWILLING ENFINIGY electric spice mills.
  3. Wash, clean and slice the cucumber. Wash the tomato, remove the stalk and cut into slices. Clean, wash and slice the radishes. Clean, wash and spin dry the spinach salad.
  4. At the end of the cooking time, remove the salmon fillets and pull apart with two forks. Keep warm briefly. Fry the tortilla wraps one after the other in the air fryer at 180 °C for approx. 1 minute each. Make sure that the edges of the wraps do not rise too high so that they do not burn.
  5. Spread the avocado purée on the wraps, spread the prepared ingredients on top, leaving out the centre a little and place the salmon there at the end. Cut the cress with a scissor and sprinkle decoratively over the top. Roll up the wraps and enjoy immediately or later.

Tip

If you don't have fresh salmon to hand, you can also use frozen salmon.

Info

To enjoy later, wrap the wraps in greaseproof paper or baking paper and twist the ends like a sweet wrapper. The wraps can also be vacuum-sealed in a suitable ZWILLING FRESH & SAVE box and stored in the fridge until ready to eat.
