Asparagus salad This salad is prepared in no time at all in the ZWILLING Air fryer. Put in the marinated ingredients, switch on and you're done!

  • 400 g green asparagus
  • 150 g yellow and red cherry tomatoes
  • 150 g feta cheese
  • ½ lemon
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp coarse sea salt
  • 1 tsp liquid honey
  • 1 garlic clove, to taste
  • pepper
  • 2 stalks of basil (approx. 8 g)


  1. Wash the asparagus and drain well. Cut off the woody ends and peel the bottom third as required. Cut the spears diagonally into pieces approx. 6 cm long. Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes. Drain the feta and cut into approx. 1.5 cm cubes.
  2. To make the marinade, squeeze the juice from the lemon half and mix together with the olive oil, salt and honey. Peel and crush the garlic to taste. Season everything with a generous pinch of freshly ground pepper, e.g. from the electric ZWILLING ENFINIGY spice grinder.
  3. Mix the asparagus pieces, feta cubes and cherry tomatoes as a whole with half of the marinade so that all the ingredients are coated and place on the rack in the ZWILLING Air fryer. Cook at 180 °C for approx. 10-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the asparagus spears.
  4. Wash the basil, shake dry, cut into strips and mix into the marinade. Arrange the finished asparagus salad on plates and drizzle with the remaining marinade.
  5. Serve with baguette.


A combination of white and green asparagus also tastes great.
