Description
This Industry 5 frying pan spreads heat evenly and really showcases flavours. How about a delicious chateaubriand, for example, that cooks perfectly first time. As the basis for a delicious sauce, you can deglaze the small deposits too. You can also give baby potatoes a delicious crispy coating in a mix of butter and oil.
This stainless steel 28 cm model, with a robust design in American industrial style by Belgian designer Stefan Schöning, is great to work with. It lies comfortably in the hand and is made of 5-layer material, right up to the edge. This solid combination of alloys conducts heat smoothly so that you can fry evenly and in a controlled manner, even on a low heat. Ideal on gas, but suitable for all hobs, including induction. As soon as the Industry 5 pan has warmed up sufficiently, you can turn the cooker down a notch.
The pan maintains the correct frying temperature and thus saves energy. Thanks to the special Silvinox® technology, there is no discolouration and the pan is cleaned easily.
