Description
Measuring 18 cm, the round stew pot with lid holds 3 litres, making it the perfect assistant in the kitchen. Modern technologies such as InductoBase® ensure optimum heat conduction and use of energy making it easy to steam vegetables, for example. Equally innovative is the cookware’s flat shape, since moisture can escape quickly when searing. The Apollo range is suitable for all types of cookers while being especially efficient on induction hobs due to TriplInduc® technology, which also allows you to switch between different types of cookers on the fly. For example, you can go from pan-frying directly to gratinating in the oven. This no longer requires conventional steps such as transferring the dish into another pot and reduces the amount of washing up too. The elegant stainless steel stew pot is finished with Silvinox® to allow you to enjoy cooking with it for a long time. Silvinox® retains the silvery white look even after many years of use and the pot is easy to clean. The ergonomic handles are welded to the pot to prevent deposits of dirt.
