Description
DEMEYERE Alu Pro saucepan with reinforced non-stick coating, 18cm diameter, 2 litre capacity.
Versatile, all-rounder saucepan for boiling, simmering and poaching as well as preparing sauces thanks to its non-stick surface. Aluminium construction is lightweight and strong, and the thick, stainless steel reinforced base is super-efficient on induction, giving a strong, flat base for maximum contact. The aluminium reacts quickly to changes in heat or power, giving excellent control over the cooking process.
The TriplInduc base, which is a unique combination of three alloys, gives up to 30% more efficiency on induction compared to standard bases, meaning fast heat up times and frugal energy use. The 18/10 stainless steel handle stays cool when cooking on induction and electric hobs.
