It reacts to the pan as it heats — when the pan is hot it rises and thus helps you find the perfect cooking temperature. You can also save a great deal of energy, as you can see earlier when you can turn down the heat supply. When the universal pan cools down, the THERMOTION indicator falls again and you can safely touch and clean the pan.
Another practical innovation is the four-layered Nerolite non-stick coating. It not only reduces burning of your food, it is also very scratch-resistant and durable, so you’ll get a long lifespan and a great deal of pleasure from your BALLARINI Vipiteno skillet.
The base also contributes to the perfect cooking results. The base with patented** Radiant Induction technology ensures very good heat distribution. It is also suitable for induction.
