Description

Perfect frying, even for large portions. This is best done with high-quality BALLARINI cookware, such as this round pan from the Ferrara GRANITIUM series, with a diameter of 28 cm. What makes it so special? The five-ply non-stick coating with a five-year guarantee! It guarantees that you don't need any fat or liquid for frying, cooking or stewing, and that nothing that you prepare in the pan will stick. The scratch-resistant coating is so robust that even metallic cooking spoons or spatulas don't damage it. The heat-resistant bimetal base made of steel and aluminium with a solid aluminium core retains heat and distributes it evenly so that the pan heats up quickly. You can see this at a glance with the Thermopoint. It turns red when the required heat has been achieved and dark green when the pan cools down. The energy-saving Ferrara GRANITIUM is also suitable for all types of hob, including induction.
