Description
If you love Italian cuisine and like to cook for friends and relatives, the BALLARINI Bellamonte Dutch Oven with a diameter of 26cm should be a part of your kitchen. The cast-iron Dutch Oven follows the tradition of the northern Italian “paiolo di ghisa”, the preparation of meat, fish and vegetable dishes in cast-iron cookware. The Dutch Oven is made of cast iron, a material that conducts heat particularly well and evenly. Due to its special properties, your dishes prepared on cast iron get an intensive roasted aroma and a distinctive taste – also ideal for slow cooking.
This aroma is further enhanced by the drop structure in the lid. This structure ensures a particularly even moisture distribution on the ingredients, resulting in very tender and aromatic dishes. The Dutch Oven can be used on all types of hobs including induction and is dishwasher-safe and suitable for ovens up to 240°c. The induction Dutch Oven has an enamel coating that is very scratch-resistant.
This Dutch Oven was designed by the Milanese designers Matteo Thun & Antonio Rodriguez and is a real highlight thanks to the distinct design, the intense red colour and the matt gold knob with the BALLARINI logo.
