Virgin Colada This alcohol-free version of the classic Piña colada has a fruity-sweet and creamy taste and is made completely without rum.

For the cocktail

  • 400 g pineapple flesh
  • 1 orange
  • 30 g coconut flour
  • 30 g brown sugar
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 300 g ice cubes

For the decoration

  • 6 pieces of pineapple
  • 6 orange segments
  • 6 mint tips
  • Ice cubes


  1. Weigh and measure all the ingredients, prepare them and place them ready.
  2. Weigh the pineapple flesh and chop roughly. Peel the orange and cut into quarters.
  3. Add the ingredients to the blender jar in the following order: Pineapple, orange, coconut flour, sugar, coconut milk, ice cubes. Close the blender jar with the lid.
  4. Select the Cocktail setting and press the button to confirm. Or blend manually to achieve the desired consistency.
  5. Once the blending is finished, remove the lid and pour the Virgin Colada into glasses filled with ice cubes. Decorate with pineapple, orange and mint and enjoy right away.


Fine grated coconut can be used instead of coconut flour.
