Three-Colour Fruit Smoothie This three-colour fruit smoothie is a real good-mood drink. It is best enjoyed with a straw so that you can taste each individual component depending on thedepth of the straw.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 g frozen strawberries
  • 200 ml apple juice
  • 200 g frozen diced mango
  • 100 ml orange juice
  • 5 g ginger
  • 2 kiwis
  • 20 g baby spinach
  • 2 sprigs of (Thai) basil
  • 100 g ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Weigh and measure all the ingredients, prepare them and place them ready.
  2. Wash the strawberries. Peel the ginger. Peel and coarsely chop the kiwis. Wash the baby spinach and spin dry. Wash the basil and shake dry.
  3. Add the strawberries to the blender with half of the apple juice. Put on the lid and start the Smoothie program. Or blend manually to achieve the desired consistency. Then pour evenly into glasses, each glass should be approx. one third full. Clean the blender jar.
  4. Add the diced mango with orange juice and ginger to the blender and mix with the Smoothie program. Or blend manually to achieve the desired consistency.
  5. Distribute carefully into the glasses containing the previous mixture and ensure that the red and yellow smoothies do not mix. The glasses should be approx. two thirds full. Clean the blender jar.
  6. Add the kiwi, remaining apple juice, spinach, basil and ice cubes to the blender and mix with the Smoothie program. Or blend manually to achieve the desired consistency.
  7. Distribute the green smoothie carefully into the glasses and ensure that the yellow and green smoothies do not mix. Enjoy right away.


Tip

The individual sweetness may vary depending on the season and ripeness of the fruit, so sweeten to taste accordingly.
