Overnight Oats With Berries The ideal breakfast for those who like it simple and delicious; and for those who have little time in the morning. This delicious breakfast can be prepared the night before, so you have less stress in the morning. Due to the yogurt and milk it is rich in protein and with its added fiber, it keeps you energized for a long time.

  • 100 g (3/4 cup) fresh berries, to taste (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
  • 75 g (1/3 cup) natural yogurt (or vegetable yogurt alternative)
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) milk (or vegetable drink)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 30 g (1/3 cup) whole grain rolled oats


  • 3 walnut kernels


Sort berries, wash, clean, cut into small pieces if necessary and put half of them into a ZWILLING FRESH & SAVE Glass Box S.

Mix yogurt with milk, maple syrup and salt using a whisk. Stir in the rolled oats. Spread the yogurt mixture over the berries in the box. Coarsely chop the walnut kernels and place them decoratively on top with the remaining berries. Close with the lid and vacuum seal with the ZWILLING FRESH & SAVE Vacuum Pump. Place the box in the refrigerator overnight.

The next day, remove the box from the refrigerator and enjoy the overnight oats immediately or take them with you, for example, to the office.


The berries can be varied according to season and preference.
