Ingredients

  • 250 g small potatoes, e.g. new potatoes
  • 1 red and 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 large zucchini
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary
  • 500 g salmon fillet (skinless)
  • 1 untreated lemon

Preparation

Preheat theoven to 180 °C (top and bottom heat). Grease the FRESH & SAVE gratin dish with oil.

Wash the potatoes and halve lengthwise. Wash and clean the bell peppers and courgettes, cut the peppers into large cubes, halve the zucchini lengthwise, and cut into slices. Peel the garlic and slice. Wash the rosemary sprigs and shake dry.

Add the potatoes, vegetables, garlic, and rosemary to the FRESH & SAVE gratin dish. Drizzle olive oil on top and season with salt and pepper. Mix everything well and cook in the oven for about 25-30 minutes.

In the meantime, wash the salmon fillet, pat dry and cut intoportions. Season with salt and pepper. Wash the lemon in hot water, dry, and cut into slices. Once the cooking time has elapsed, place the salmon and lemon slices on the vegetables in the oven. Cook the fish together with the vegetables for a further 10-15 minutes.

Tip

The cooking time of the fish depends heavily on the portion size, a thicker, larger piece of salmon takes more time than a thinner one.

The casserole can be prepared in advance. However, before the FRESH & SAVE gratin dish is placed in the oven, it should be tempered briefly at room temperature. Residues can simply be vacuum-sealed and stored chilled after eating.
