INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups of hot coffee (approx. 300 ml)
  • 100 ml cream
  • 100 ml milk
  • 100 ml egg liqueur
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

ALSO

  • Cocoa powder for dusting

HOW TO MAKE IT

Brew the coffee fresh in the ZWILLING ENFINIGY Drip Coffee Maker.

Pour the cream into the ZWILLING ENFINIGY Milk Frother. Start the programme for cold milk foam. As soon as the cream is stiff, end the programme manually. Remove the whipped cream and chill until ready to use.

Add the milk, egg liqueur, vanilla, sugar and cinnamon to the jar and start the programme for warm milk foam.

Pour the coffee into glasses, e.g. ZWILLING SORRENTO. Pour on the milk and egg liqueur mixture, decorate with whipped cream, dust with cocoa powder and enjoy immediately.



TIP

In winter, this serves as a modern version of the traditional eggnog.
