INGREDIENTS

  • 300 g white chocolate
  • 150 g macadamia nuts
  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla syrup

Preparation

  1. Weigh and measure all the ingredients, prepare them and place them ready.
  2. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
  3. Add the coconut oil, vanilla and macadamia nuts to the blender jar. Close the lid and place the blender jar on the blender.
  4. Select the Pulse setting and turn the knob back and forth several times to blend the mixture until it achieves a homogenous consistency. It should be lightly warm.
  5. Add the warm, runny chocolate and start the Smoothie program. Once the program has finished, remove the lid. Add the creme to a sealable container and place in the fridge to become firm.
  6. Serve for breakfast with croissants, bread rolls or toast.


Tip

The macadamia nuts should be unroasted and unsalted. If only salted are available, wash the salt off.
