Rated 1 out of 5 by from Defective Product I was provided with a replacement pan as the tephlon coating peels around top edge of pan. The replacement had the same issue.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Coating peels from top-down I'm on my second one of these pans now, the first one was replaced under warranty for the same issue I'm having again. The second pan will be going back and replaced with a higher quality product. The non-stick coating on this pan is incredibly thin around the sides and top of the pan. After several months of normal usage, it will start peeling. On my first replacement, the store blamed using a lid with the pan. With my second pan I have been sure to never use a lid and it is peeling the exact same way. Avoid at all costs unless you like having non-stick coating in your foods.

Where's it made?

If you're in the market for a new frying pan, I would strongly recommend that you avoid purchasing from the brand that I recently had a terrible experience with. The pan I bought online was completely unusable after the coating started peeling off, and the customer service provided was equally disappointing. Despite the fact that the pan was still under warranty, I was not able to get clear and helpful service from the company. Additionally, I was asked to pay the shipping fee when returning the defective product, which is unacceptable. Overall, I would suggest that you look for something different if you're looking for a reliable frying pan. My experience with this pan was very negative, and I would not want anyone else to have to deal with the same issues that I did. Don't waste your time or money on a product that won't last and a company that won't stand behind their products.
