I like the Zwilling Enfinigy Blender, but tips and recipes aren't available until you register the product with manufacturer. The blender and jug are both above average quality. The jug is less heavy than glass but solid for sure. A built in safety feature prevents start if lid not securely in place. Promotion discounts applied to this product made the decision easier for me!.

Blender jar aged, cracked and broke in a year.
This is clearly a high quality blender base and blade. Great performance overall, powerful, great mixing in the jar and a step up from other blenders I've had.
The critical failing is that the Tritan plastic jar is fragile and wears poorly, even when washed only by hand. In my case within a year the plastic became brittle then shattered when knocked. Zwilling's ads state that "Tritan plastic is unbreakable," so it was very disheartening that Zwilling would not replace the jar under warranty.

Do not buy!
I purchased this blender nine months ago and, not only does dirt accumulate in the handle (which is totally see through and very unsightly) but now has just stopped working altogether.
I contacted Zwilling a few months ago about the mould in the handle and they sent me instructions on how to clean it out. Cleaning it out, by the way is IMPOSSIBLE as nothing can reach into the handle.
They eventually “compromised” and said they’d replace it (which I don’t want because it would be the same issues all over again) but I would have to pay for my own shipping.
So I figured I would suck it up and keep the thing even though the mold was getting worse with every use. And now, today, it has completely stopped working. I emailed the company in the hopes that I can get my money back and buy a blender that works and isn’t a health hazard but I’m not optimistic considering how the initial issue was handled.

I bought on Christmas. Not use a lots . But lid with little sensor stick was broken . Because it was very hard to open every time. Please let me know what you can do in this situation? Replace the part ?

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I purchased a Power Blender in September 2024. We use it daily to make smoothies and clean it immediately after use. After a few uses, we noticed that grim is starting to build up INSIDE the handle. I have had a couple blenders from other brands in the past and have never had this kind of issue. Upon further inspection, I noticed there's a hole in the top of the handle that allows grime to get in.
Last week (February 2025) I reached out to Zwilling asking for a refund because this is clearly a design flaw and there is now mould growing in the handle. Not only does it look awful, but it's also a health concern.
I heard back from them today, providing me with cleaning instructions. I'm apparently supposed to spend a ridiculous amount of time every single day, ensuring that the INSIDE of the handle is clean. Who has the time and energy to do this?!?
I will never buy another Zwilling product again and advise others to avoid them. It's too bad, because the blender itself works fine, but clearly their design team and accountability is severely lacking.

Product flaw
the base is good and powerful, however the jug handle allows moister to get in and mold to form. it is not possible to clean. I have contacted Zwilling via website but have yet to hear back.

So bad customer service
I ordered this over $350 and $150 another accessories and did not get any bonus two cups which is for someone who spend more than $250. As I talked to customer service, I am not eligible because I am not a registered customer. It does not describe it is only for Registered customer. If I knew, I would register and order after that. When i asked one more time, she said absolutely no to me. And also my box does not include Tamper and measuring cup so I have to call and wait to get them. So annoying.
