With its two attachments for stirring and foaming, it ensures particularly creamy foam. The foam attachment keeps the milk constantly moving so that the foam develops particularly small bubbles. The result is a stiff foam that retains its consistency for a particularly long time. The electric milk frother allows you to heat up to 200 ml of warm or 400 ml of cold milk. However, the practical kitchen appliance also foams plant-based milk alternatives such as soya or pea milk. And all this is done intuitively at the touch of a button.
The milk frother is easy to clean after use. Simply remove the stainless steel milk container and easily clean away any milk residue in the sink. Love it
Very easy to use. I can make two lattes at the same time. I used to have a desktop father. This is much better as it Heats it as well. I also have the cold milk option to make iced drinks in the summertime.

Sleek unit. Makes the best matcha latte
The milk frother comes with two attachments. One for frothing and one for mixing. There is a lot of plastic on the unit and I suspect that it may break over time. Especially with how you insert the different attachments. It looks nice and works well. Having a metal cup that you can remove is so nice. I’ve owned a milk frother before that I had to wash the whole body and I felt it would wear over time.

So I just bought this Frother Jan 4 2022 and already used it three times today makes my coffee experience even more fulfilling then my coffee experience coffee has been I am truely happy with this product and will recommend to friends and family and maybe even strangers in passing if of coarse a coffee topic comes up

Easy to use & quiet
Great frother overall and really like that you can take the handle and cup off to poor instead of pour from the whole unit. I wish it did a bit more frothed at a time and I wish it was a bit faster but otherwise quiet pleased. It’s really easy to clean!

Warm milk
Got this as a gift and I’ve been using it probably once a week for the last 3 months. It works well but you have to be careful sometimes it makes a weird grinding sound and doesn’t foam the milk. I can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong and can’t find a manual. I love it but I don’t want to wreck it any help would be much appreciated.

Design over function
Unfortunately, the frother I received was broken from day one. The frother would start up, and then immediately stop. I was able to use the non-frothing attachment to make excellent hot chocolate. I decided to get a refund.

Great! Until it stopped working 6 month later
Used it almost everyday for 6 months per manual/ instructions on care but just stopped working after almost 6 months! Currently in process with warranty which is hassle but hopefully it will be replaced.

Mauvais produit.
J'ai acheté ce mousseur à lait. Il a brisé 2 fois en 3 mois. Les 2 fois il a fallu que je le retourne à la compagnie à mes frais. Les frais de poste total ont été de 60$ - aucun remboursement offert. J'ai reçu un mousseur neuf, mais le prix incluant les frais de retour sont épouvantables. Les gens sont gentils mais la compagnie devrait payer pour les frais de retour lorsque le bris est de leur faute et toujours sous garantie.

Worked okay for a while
Bought in Fall 2022, worked okay for a while, but was never great. Key issue is that the milk and froth would only get lukewarm.
Within 5 months the frother stopped working, rarely even turning. Customer service response was to ask me to take a video of it...not working and send it (along with the serial number which is a perfectly acceptable request).
Other than it looks good, I would not recommend.

Heating broke and poor warranty service response
I got this product for Christmas and I had to run it twice each time to get the milk warm enough for a coffee drink, but after a couple months it stopped heating all together. When it worked it did an average job but nothing spectacular.
The warranty claim takes weeks and I even had to pay for the return shipping for Zwilling's defective product! I was a fan of Zwilling, but this customer service (or lack thereof) was a very disappointing experience to learn Zwilling doesn't really stand behind their products like I would've expected.

Handle broke off in less two months of use
It is way too expensive for what it is. It froths ok. I have had better for less cost (Tchibo in Germany was the best). I would recommend Induction milk frothers if you can find one here.
I constantly worry about the flimsy plastic piece breaking off leaving the frothed useless.
I contacted warranty about the broken handle, the person answering the phone was lovely. However, the solution after providing photos was to send back the broken item at my own cost so they can assess it further as to whether or not it is a valid warranty. I’m sorry but I would be embarrassed to charge 150$+tax for a device where the handle is not stable enough to last more than two months and ask that person to send the broken item at their own cost! Like what? That’s ridiculous! Absolute rubbish! I use it daily and I prefer not to wait for however long before I can get it back. Also, I have a toaster from Zwillinge that beeps and I wish it didn’t beep, but the milk frother doesn’t beep and it is difficult sometimes to tell whether or not it is finished. Finally, all of my old frothers, had a little magnetic compartment in the back of the machine that stored the circle pieces safely. This one does not. Expected more from Zwillinge.

Save yourself some hassle
Stopped working after couple of months, getting a warranty claim also took a couple months, finally got a new product and one week later it doesn’t work again. This product is a joke.

I received this frotter for my birthday but after several tries, i am giving up and returning it. The wip doesn't rotate even if milk is warm. You can buy a Nespresso machine for $100 with a frother much simplement to operate.

Great for the first week, and then..
This milk frothier was AWESOME for the first 5/7 days. I have had it for just under 3 weeks now and it no longer froths. Will have to either return or hope for a replacement that performs better

Disappointing service
This Frother’s handle broke almost immediately. The company did not respond to several emails so we were forced to phone them long distance. Sitting on hold when you are paying long distance charges is quite annoying. We were required to return the product at our own expense ($28). So now we wait for a replacement. We will never purchase from this company again.
