Do not buy this toaster
I bought this toaster in October. By November, just a month later, the inside element had stopped working. I contacted ZWILLING as it was clearly under warranty. They said to send it back and they would replace it within 6 weeks. 6 weeks seemed a long time, but anyhow, I sent it in. That was 10 weeks ago. No communication from them at all. None. And no replacement toaster. This is not a cheap $15 toaster. I am very unimpressed and highly recommend that you not buy a toaster from ZWILLING. Ever.

Like everything about it. Was working perfectly for the first week until I tried the bagel setting. Now it toasts bread one side more than the other without the bagel settting being on

Over-priced. Breaking down
I had high hopes for this toaster. My $60 15 year old Black&Decker toaster was still working fine, but I figured an upgrade was due.
Unfortunately, this toaster does not live up to the price or brand. The toast actually takes longer than any other toaster I've used, but I was ok with that. Now, about 2 years after purchase, the white plastic on the top surface is breaking due to heat, and the right toaster lever doesn't always work---it won't stay down half the time.

Simple & Sleek
Excellent toaster for someone looking for basic features but high quality and beautiful minimal design. Toast stocks out of the toaster quite a bit when cooking is complete so no problem trying to extract hot toast from the depths of a white hot metal box. Have preferred not using the bagel button for Montreal style bagels and would prefer if the mode buttons were function prior to pressing down the lever to start the toaster but these are just personal preferences.

Two wide slot black toaster
The toaster fits nicely on my limited space counter! The black looks very smart with my decor. I have found that when toasting with regular bread slices they do not get fully toasted at level 3 so I turn the dial up to almost 4 and toast again watching the bread as it toasts to get my desired results. I have not tried bagels as of yet. This is an expensive toaster and I hope it performs over time better than the less expensive one I had previously.

It works!
The toaster matches the style of my Zwilling kettle. You know - the kettle that
rattles when it boils.
However, I still trust Zwilling. I know the toaster's heating elements
are premium grade. I fully expect the heating elements will last at
least 5 years of continuous use.
I am a smart consumer.

Sleek toaster
I got this toaster in matte black and it is a thing of beauty. It toasts perfectly evenly, and has all the functions you expect from a decent toaster. I like the push function to get the crumb tray out. The only thing to be aware of is that it's unnecessarily long for a 2-slice toaster, so if you have a small kitchen you might just want to check the dimensions. Very happy with this purchase.

Flimsy for the premium price - Chinese brand?
At this price, I thought I was purchasing a better product than a $50 toaster, but unfortunately not. The toaster is so light than when you lift the lever, it lifts the toaster. Also, it does not leave uniform toasting color. Finally, look at the picture of the electrical plug: bad design, the toaster is humongous and this bad design makes the toaster stick out on the counter even more.

Best toaster i've ever had
This is really a treat. Makes no noise. you can select your perfect toasting time and it gets it right every time. You have the reheat option so you don't have to change the toasting time when it's perfect for you. There's also a defrost option and a bagel option, plus the logo that lights up when it's at work is a nice little touch. To finish, it just looks so good in our kitchen <3

First new toaster in years.
My family has always been a fan of Zwilling products, especially their knives so we thought we would give this toaster a try. For starters, no fingerprints that we all
love for a brushed steel look. The toaster is really quick and does an even job on bagels and toasts, thin or thick cut. Its been very simple to clean as well and no toast bits everywhere!

Great toaster ever
We placed the order over the holidays and it arrived in a new year. We opened the box and used it right away as we were so excited! The toaster is amazing. It toasts our bread and bagel with a perfect color and temperature! The outside of bread is crispy but inside of bread is soft! We are going to use it everyday! Makes great toast
I like the styling of the toaster. It's not a polished silver it is a matte silver which makes it incredibly easy to clean. The first piece of toast I tried was a slice of raisin bread. It did a great job since it's a fairly dense loaf and all the raisins make it overly moist. It did an excellent job of crisping it up without leaving it doughy in the middle.

Beautiful neutral silver/white color and does not mark when touched. A very sleek, sturdy design and makes wonderful toast. I was not aware this toaster was available with different features. If I were to purchase again, I may have bought the 2 slice, long slot + bun warmer version.
Overall we are very pleased with this purchase!

Toaster is fast and toasts well
I have had the toaster for about a month now and find it to be plenty good . My only complaint with it is that the bread crumbs are actually scratching the top of it and there is no way to stop this as the finish is gloss black . I have contacted the company about unnecessary scratching however there is no warranty for this type of complaint.

I find it unnecessary to have such an expensive toaster a cheap one works just as good. But if you want a toaster that you don't have to hide away in the cupboard everytime company comes over. I think this is very good option for most kitchens as its sleek and simple design allows it to fit in with any aesthetic

Good looking and functional toaster
I was looking for a toaster to replace my small tabletop oven, but it had to fit with the color scheme of my kitchen. After reading through reviews I settled on this one and I've been really impressed with the way it looks. More importantly it toasts quickly and perfectly. Very impressed so far!

Beautiful on my counter. Do remember to follow the initial instructions to rid of smell before use. Nice options with frozen/warm up/bagel. Sturdy built. Good results with toasting sliced bread so far. Although silver body all around, top is white, happens to match my decor.

We particularly appreciate that this toaster browns evenly on both sides and we also like the fact that it's NOT made of cheap plastic. The Warmup and Bagel buttons also come in handy. This toaster is expensive but it works better than any other toaster that we've ever used.

It’s getting harder and harder to get high quality product that looks good and works well. With the Zwilling toaster you will get it. Toaster deliver the required heat with fine adjustment for all your type of bread et family members. Oh and did I say it’s looks really good.

Nice looking toaster
This toaster definitely looks better than most toasters which is a plus if you plan on leaving it on the counter. It operates smoothly. The sides can become quite warm though. The toasting itself is fine but not different than my previous cheaper toaster.

Great, nice looking toaster with easy to use buttons for bagels and very specific dial to ensure toast is cooked to perfection. The quality is well built and substantial. looks great as part of a kitchen left out or put away to be brought out when used.

It toasts my toast!
First thing I did was toast 5 pieces of toast with settings 1-5.
I stopped at 5 because for me it was dark enough.
Each setting gave a different level of toastiness.
That makes me satisfied.

Elegant toaster
I didn’t think I’d get that excited about a toaster, but it happened with this model. Elegant looking, smooth buttons and operation in general.
A bit more contrast on numbers printed on the toasting level control dial would help.

We are seniors and we are enjoying our toast every morning with the purchase Enfinigy toaster. The only complaint we have we cant see the numbers clearly,on the control knob .It sure would be nice if the numbers would be darker in colour or larger.

Incredible toaster. Consistent and uniform toasting across different kinds/thicknesses of bread. Just writing this review is making me crave some toast. Bagel function is great too. Smooth functions and satisfying smooth pop when toast is done.

I like the smoothness of the lever and the even toasting of the bread. The toaster is clean lined and modern looking.
However, I do find it a bit high and wish it was slightly shorter in height - thus 4 stars instead of 5.

Hoping for Quality
It’s early days but this toaster seems to be better quality than the cheaper models bought in the past. I hope so as it was very pricey…even on sale! We have noted that we are using the setting below 3 to toast…higher settings burn the bread.
