Description
Enjoy your toast precisely how you like it. Every time. The premium toaster for two slices in modern ZWILLING design always ensures evenly brown toast even over repeated toasting. It does so by automatically shortening the toasting duration to achieve the desired browning. The 1000 watt toaster's four separate heating elements evenly toast both sides of every slice. The result is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside – authentic ZWILLING toast. When it's finished, toast doesn't fly out of the toaster. The soft-lift feature ensures they gently glide up and the built-in extra-lift feature allows even smaller slices to be removed easily from the toaster. Never burn your toast again: This toaster automatically switches off when the preset toasting duration is reached. Even when set to high, toast is never toasted to more than dark brown. The stop button also allows you to instantly stop toasting at any time. Crumbs fall into the easy-to-remove crumb tray. The toaster features seven browning levels as well as three automatic programmes. The warm up feature allows you to reheat cold toast. The thaw feature allows you to toast frozen bread direct from the freezer. And the bagel feature with slice centring allows you to achieve ideal bagel toasting results: crispy on the outside, toasted on the inside.

Toast alright
Toast alright, not very uniformly. The lever stopped staying down after a year of use. As well as the crumb tray jamming and not popping out anymore. Was able to get the tray to pop out again but not the lever. Had to buy a new one.

Beautiful toaster; slightly uneven toasting
This toaster is big, but very slick looking. It looks great on a counter or anywhere. The toaster gets slightly warm on the external surface and takes about a minute or so to toast to around medium-brown. Overall, it functions as expected and can fit large long slices of bread like rye/sourdough, but also manages 4 slices of regular sized bread perfectly. I’ve got no other issues apart from the slight unevenness.

Fast toaster
This toaster has more wattage than the cheap store bought toasters. Therefore it makes quick work of your toasts. My older toaster took almost 5 minutes to make medium toasts ( drying up the insides in the lengthy process) , this one takes less than 3 minutes to achieve the same result but with a nice soft center. Best toasts I've had in a long time, nice and evenly browned all around.

Two malfunctioning (new) toasters so far
Heard a loud "pop" and saw flames in the slots. Interior heating grills stopped working. Toaster was replaced with "new" one (and I still haven't received reimbursement for shipping the broken one back) but interior grills again did not work from the moment we plugged it in. Will update when I receive the third toaster but am concerned this is an issue with this model.

Great toaster with accessories I didn't know I nee
I was looking to replace my toaster as I have had it for over 15 years. I liked the idea of being able to put in sandwiches with the grilling rack. Not only does the toaster have a great adjustment. Dial, mirror on the crumb tray, but the addition of the sandwich rack makes it even more useful. Glad I saw this and I'm no longer getting a toaster oven. :-)

Sleek and modern toaster
We have just purchased our new Zwilling long slot toaster. It is very sleek and modern looking. I like the long slots for toasting longer slices of bread or doubling up and toasting four slices at once. So far it has been working great with an even toasting on each slice. Would absolutely recommend. Hopefully this product will last for years to come.

Great Daily Use Toaster
I searched long and hard for a long slot toaster with good reviews, and this toaster is worth the premium price. The lift mechanism is very smooth, the toast gently rises after the heating cycle is done, and the simplistic nature of the controls with a white light on the dial gives it a classy look.

Ce grille pain est visuellement très intéressant et fait très bien ce qu'on attend d'un grille pain. De plus il permet de griller des tranches de pain de forme allongée. Il faut cependant quelques essais et erreurs pour avoir la coloration désirée.

Not even at all and poor paint quality
Unable to toast evenly. The side of the toast is burnt and the middle is not grilled at all. Although we don't wash it with any abrasive product, 7 months after buying the black paint is going off. Really poor quality.

Great so far!
I love that I am able to fit 2 long artisan bread slices in the toaster or 4 small slices! Toasts very well without having to go high on settings. Only need to go up to setting 3 max otherwise your toast might burn

Almost perfect
I like the extra long slots but I find that sometimes the toast (specifically gluten free bread but not regular bread) tends to burn a bit around the edges. This did not happen with my old toaster.
