Excellent filter coffee
It makes delicious filter coffee with zero effort. I love the timer function which wakes me up every day with fresh coffee scent. I just wish the plastic parts had a better quality.

Great coffee pot!
Finally replaced my old pot and decided to splurge on this Zwilling. Absolutely love it. The bloom feature really brings out the flavour in my favourite beans! Only thing I wish was that the stainless steel reusable filter was included with the pot, but otherwise very happy!

great drip coffee maker
great coffee maker, owned for a year. easy to use and clean. I purchased on sale for value. it's true you cannot purchase replacement carafe but customer service will send a new one. Just broke it and customer service was easy to solve replacement. photo and email and brief explanation. overall I recommend it.

The carafe broke after only a few uses. Is there anyway to order a replacement? If so, how?
I just contacted their customer support to order a replacement carafe and their answer was that it is NOT possible. This is very disappointing for the price paid. It also creates electronic waste, which is not a good look for a brand like Zwilling. I am shocked and very disappointed by such lousy service and I don't think that I will be buying from Zwilling anymore. I bought a toaster from them and it doesn't even grill in the middle. Their service told me to return my toaster for inspection. Not sure what I'm supposed to grill my toast while it gets shipped somewhere for ''inspection'', then what? Lousy and disappointing for a brand that is supposed to be higher-end. Clearly, their support doesn't match this.
