With the digital thermometer from the ZWILLING BBQ+ series, you can quickly and accurately measure the internal temperature of your meat. This way you can grill your meat to your exact preferred degree of doneness. The temperature is displayed in less than four seconds and is accurate to 0.5 ?C (32.9 ?F). The wireless thermometer has two probes so that you can achieve professional results when grilling. The external wire probe continuously measures the meat's internal temperature throughout the process, while the retractable wire probe allows for direct temperature checking. Using the practical HOLD function, your last reading remains on the display. Simply insert the probe into the meat and the digital grill thermometer shows you the core temperature.
