Its seamless and solid plastic handle has been the standard in ZWILLING chef knives for more than 30 years. This is one reason for the knife range's popularity. Its main feature is the premium FRIODUR® blade that undergoes a special ice-hardening process. This makes the chef's knife especially sharp, corrosion-resistant and flexible. The blade is forged from a single piece of ZWILLING stainless special formula steel which optimally combines chromium and carbon elements. A bolster ensures safety and hygiene and is positioned at the end of the plastic handle to prevent fingers slipping onto the blade. The handle is ergonomically formed and balanced to maker even lengthy tasks easier, and is also non-slip and easy to clean.
