Well constructed, almost indestructible
After 25 years on my first set of henckel knives, I splurged on a new set to last another 25years.

I have a friend who bought this at Costco and it was terribly cheaply made for this name brand. Do you have knock offs floating around? I want to make sure I get the authentic set. Also why is this made in China and not Germany? That’s kind of a bummer.
Most of our entry-level knives are made in China. A good rule of thumb - if there is one man on the brand icon, it is made in China (there are a couple of exceptions) Two men on the brand icon are always made in Germany.
