INGREDIENTS (for 4 Portions)

  • 4 stalks of lemon balm
  • 3.5 oz fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 3 rosehip teabags
  • 4 cups water
  • ices cubes, as desired
  • HOW TO MAKE IT

    1. Wash the lemon balm and shake dry. Wash and sort the raspberries.

    2. Boil the water to 100 °C in the ENFINIGY glass kettle. Place the raspberries, sugar, tea and lemon balm in the tea filter and insert it into the kettle. Activate the timer function to 10 minutes, let the tea steep and then remove the tea filter.

    3. Pour directly onto ice cubes, allow to cool and serve as iced tea. Or enjoy directly hot.

    TIP: You can also use fresh mint instead of lemon balm.
